Dr. Altamirano was born and raised on the Southside of San Antonio and attended Harlandale High School. He is well-recognoized for his work in the community and brings Til Midnight Urgent Care to further provide urgent care services to his community while decompressing surrounding hospitals for non-emergent healthcare. He was awarded San Antonio Business Journal Man of the Year 2020 for creating Casa Salud Family Medicine Clinic for the uninsured. Dr A is also an artist by the name of Amar Es Vivir and his art is featured on the walls at Til Midnight Urgent Care and has been featured on the Kelly Clarkson Show as well as The Doctors. He is a proud husband and father of 5 children.
